A Kianda Foundation's Project

Founded in 1961 during a period of racial segregation, Kianda Foundation aimed to provide women with education and dignity. The first project, Kianda College, became Kenya's first multiracial college, training over 7,000 alumni who played crucial roles in government and private sectors. Today, the foundation expands its reach, offering technical education, business support, and healthcare services. Programs like Fanikisha empower women in vulnerable communities, while institutions like Kibondeni College and Kimlea Technical Training College provide essential skills. The Kimlea Clinic and CHEP Program annually impact over 3,000 children, showcasing the foundation's commitment to holistic community development.
